IIA NATCON-2017 Refund/Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation by Organizer

• The IIA NATCON reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

• If IIA NATCON cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.

• Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to   the same event at the new future date.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

Participant may request his/her cancellation of confirmed (paid) registration fee as follows:

• 30 days prior to day of the event: 100%
• 29 to 15 days prior to day of the event 50%
• 14 to 8 days prior to day of the event 25%
• 7-days or less prior to the day of the event 0%
• Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
• Cancellations will be accepted through registered e-mail id only, mentioned during the registration.
• Refund requests must include the name of the attendee, transaction number and IIA membership number.
• Refunds will be credited back to the participant’s bank account within 30 days.
